This Shipping Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") governs the shipping terms, conditions, and procedures for all products purchased through the online store operated under the brand ByeFlea™ (hereinafter, the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order on our store, you fully accept and agree to be bound by the terms detailed herein.

1. Order Processing and Handling Time

All orders are subject to a strict internal fulfillment process before being transferred to our shipping carriers. Our standard processing and preparation timeframe is 3 to 4 business days.

Please note the following conditions regarding fulfillment:

  • "Business days" are defined exclusively as Monday through Friday, excluding statutory, local, and national public holidays.

  • Orders placed during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays will begin their processing period on the next consecutive business day.

  • In periods of exceptionally high order volume (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or seasonal holidays), order processing may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days. In such rare instances, customers will be notified via email.

2. Transit and Delivery Framework

Once your order has been fully processed, prepared, and dispatched from our facilities, the estimated standard transit time is 6 to 8 business days.

This timeline is an estimate provided by our shipping carriers. While the Company makes every commercial effort to ensure adherence to these delivery windows, ultimate delivery dates are subject to carrier operational capacities, logistics routing, and potential external contingencies.

3. Shipping Rates and Currency

Shipping charges, fees, and applicable thresholds for any current promotions (such as free shipping) will be calculated in real-time and clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to final execution of payment. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has left our facility.

4. Shipment Tracking and Dispatches

Upon courier pickup and system registration of the package, an automated Shipment Confirmation email containing a secure tracking number and monitoring link will be dispatched to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be actively updated by the carrier network database.

5. Customs, Import Duties, and Associated Taxes

ByeFlea™ operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) framework for international shipments unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Company is not responsible for any additional customs duties, tariffs, local import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

All compliance actions, clearances, and fees required by local authorities to release a shipment are the exclusive legal and financial responsibility of the consumer.

6. Transfer of Risk, Damaged Goods, and Lost Shipments

In accordance with standard commercial regulations, the legal transfer of risk occurs at the exact moment the product is handed over to the carrier network. ByeFlea™ cannot be held directly liable for packages damaged, broken, heavily delayed, or lost entirely due to courier fault or negligence.

If you receive a package with visible structural damage or missing components, please follow this strict protocol:

  • Document the physical condition immediately by taking clear photos and videos of both the exterior packaging and internal goods.

  • Retain all original packaging materials, boxes, and packing slips.

  • Contact the shipping carrier immediately to initiate an official insurance claim, and notify our customer service at infobyeflea@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can assist you in the verification process.

7. Incomplete, Inaccurate, or Undeliverable Addresses

The consumer bears full legal responsibility for providing accurate, precise, and fully complete delivery information during checkout. If a package cannot be successfully delivered and is returned to our facilities due to an insufficient address, incorrect postal code, or recipient absence after multiple courier attempts:

  • The original shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Any additional storage fees or return-to-sender charges levied by the courier will be deducted from any potential order credit.

  • The cost of re-shipping the package to a corrected address will be billed entirely to the customer.
